Olive and Herb Fougasse

This leaf-shaped loaf originated in France, specifically the Provence region. 
This Fougasse is mixed with olives and a variety of herbs including bay leaf, thyme, sage, rosemary, marjoram, tarragon, oregano, and chilli flakes.
Fragrant and flavorful, this loaf ferments for 36 hours before cut into a leaf shape and baked in a stone bread oven.
